Pets are not permitted at Centennial Place. However, we welcome service animals and emotional support animals (ESAs). If you have a service animal or ESA, please make sure it's properly registered or documented with the Centennial Place Management Team before move-in. We are happy to walk you through everything needed to complete this process.
Centennial Place and Centennial College are entirely smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind - including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping devices are not permitted anywhere on the property. This includes all common areas such as hallways, lounges, laundry rooms, and stairwells, as well as inside your own unit. Please note that Centennial College's smoke-free policy extends across the entire campus, so smoking is not permitted on college property at any time. Violations of the smoking policy may result in disciplinary action and charges for cleaning or restoration. Payment of any fine does not limit management's right to pursue further action for any lease default related to this policy.
